BIO
Bryan is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He graduated from University of London with a MSc in Professional Accountancy and Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting.
Joining from a tier-1 bank, Bryan has spent the majority of his career in the finance industry with over 10 years of experience in fund administration and valuation servicing a comprehensive portfolio of product classes including equity, fixed income, structured products and OTC instruments with strong exposure to private wealth products and local regulatory requirements.

Henry graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor (Hons) of Commerce. He was awarded the CFA Charter in 2017 and has over 8 years of experience providing advisory and valuation services.
His portfolio includes several major M&A projects as well as large scale Digital Transformation projects in the APAC region for Financial Institutions. He has also provided valuation services in various industries including Fintech, Renewable energy, Insurance, Healthcare as well as Real Estate. Henry currently advises on valuation services for Fund Management Clients in the region.

Andrew graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor (Hons) of Law and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2013. Joining with a legal background, Andrew has extensive experience serving as legal counsel for listed companies and global start-ups, with strong experience in legal advisory and investor relations across a broad spectrum of industries.
Andrew currently advises on investor relation services and heads the legal function.
